Amcal Express – Sydney Airport T1 Marketplace
Amcal Express – Sydney Airport T1 Marketplace
The Amcal Marketplace project at Terminal 1, Sydney Airport was designed to take full advantage of the unique 6m high open ceiling. A large black industrial frame showcases the pharmacy within, and is utilised to suspend lighting and fixtures within the store. The elegant ‘Liquid Line’ LEDstrip lights connect the elements together.
Crosier Scott has designed and implemented the Amcal and Guardian Pharmacy concepts for Sigma in sites across all states and territories of Australia including greenfield sites, shopping centres and airports.
With thorough research and comprehensive analysis of best practice,we use a fresh approach for these contemporary retail stores. In collaboration with the client and stakeholders our team innovatively interpreted cutting-edge retail and marketing philosophies and translated them into a built form, currently being implemented into store roll-outs across Australia.
Pharmacy Design that balances functionality and aesthetics
Our retail pharmacy experience extends to other pharmacy groups across Australia, with work involving the development and implementation of corporate retail identities that protect the integrity and individual design philosophy of our clients.
Many pharmacies are co-located with hospitals and medical centre settings, in which case we ensure a design outcome that works cohesively and in unison with its location while ensuring the ethos and brand character of the individual pharmacy remains and maximising patient numbers and customer exposure to retail spaces.
We can provide a full range of services including existing conditions audits, concept designs, authority submissions and approvals, liaising with centre management/building owners, signage, documentation, tendering and contract administration.
