The full branch refurbishment of CBA Box Hill involved the planning and construction of both customer-facing and corporate office elements. A full internal refit across two floors, included a brand-new branch that provided the opportunity to co-locate management offices within and adjacent to it, which in turn improved efficiencies for internal communication and workflows.

The design embeds touchpoints and references to the culturally,linguistically and generationally diverse population of the surrounding suburbs, celebrating the multicultural customers and staff by incorporating wayfinding and graphic elements to enhance the banking experiences.
