An elegant timber and steel stair, within a double height glazed volume leads to the first floor. A lift provides disabled access. The upper level provides a large Training Room (140 persons), Meeting Rooms, R & D laboratory, Engineering Offices, Amenities, Tea Room, and ICT hub.

As the new building sets on its own title all services are separate apart from a shared fire sprinkler storage tank and pump system. Externally the façade ties in a few design cues from the recent Headquarters building in Dandenong South. Some angled blades, coloured striping within the glazed units and rendered precast panels embrace the simple and crisp presentation.  Ego have been delivered a building that really ‘fit for purpose.’
