Located on a 500 square metre greenfield site, McDonald's Sandown is sited within an existing development and services the local Springvale area.The project incorporated Self-Serve Kiosks, a Drive Thru, Play Place, McCafe,and extensive dining area within the main building.

The design solution ensures a simplicity of navigation and eyelines to the various spatial components of the large site. Design elements are clean and contemporary. The exterior treatment of the building uses a series of materials complemented by the interior decor concept.⁠

Crosier Scott is a principal designer for McDonald’s restaurants across Victoria. Our services include Architectural design of new buildings on greenfield sites, extensions and refurbishments of existing restaurants, Drive Thru facilities and carparking. It also includes the design of full interiors incorporating Play Places, McCafe’s and Self-Serve Kiosks.

Working closely with the McDonald’s team and individual franchisees,our team guide the design process and collaboratively work with all stakeholders to specify and incorporate selected finishes palettes and corporate standards to create restaurants that are tailored to the needs of the local community and existing customer base.
